WITI-TV, WEST BEND - Watch out, ladies. David Cook confirmed his bachelor status before his performance at the Washington County fair on Wednesday night. Cook, who most recently was linked to scene queen Lana Jade, also dated American Idol alum Kimberly Caldwell after his big win a year ago.

Cook also talked to WITI on Wednesday night about some of his stage fright during Idol and what is next for the singer, including possibly getting to work on a new album.
